Cheese Stuffed Crust Pizza

1 lb. pizza dough
1/2 cup pizza sauce
4 oz. sliced ham or pepperoni
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz. string cheese

On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 15" circle.

Prepare pan either by sprinkling cornmeal over a greased pan or just lay parchment paper over it.
Transfer dough into prepared pan, letting dough drape over the edge. Cut string cheese in half lengthwise. Place cheese around edge of pan. Fold dough over string cheese; pinch to seal.
Spread pizza sauce over crust.
Sprinkle with shredded cheeses.
Sprinkle with sliced ham. Bake at 500° for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
Optional; you can add some banana peppers.
