Bacon Egg & Cheese Breakfast Pizza

INGREDIENTS: 4  - Servings
1 lb. pizza dough
4 eggs

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 cooked bacon slices, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Cut pizza dough into 4 pieces.
Roll out each piece of dough into approximately 6".
Sprinkle on 1/4 of cup cheese on each rolled out dough.
Top with two chopped bacons. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at Preheated 425 F for 8 minutes. 
Crack one egg in the middle and bake for additional 8 minutes.
Rest for few minutes.
