Pastrami Recipe - Using Corned Beef

3 to 5 pound corned beef brisket (should be the ready-to-cook variety)
1/4 cup black pepper
2 tbsp ground coriander
2 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp chipotle chili pepper powder
1/4 tsp cayenne
2 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp oil
heavy-duty aluminum foil

Slather the meat with mustard
Next, rub on the seasoning.
Preheat the oven on 250°F.
Cover meat with foil and roast for 6 hours.
After 6 hour uncover the meat and roast for additional 30 minutes to get the meat browned.
After 30 minutes your meat should get a little browned. Remove from the oven let it rest for few hours.
Serve on pastrami sandwiches.
You can also use it on Reuben sandwiches
