Ingredients for 2 Salads:
1 Head Chopped Romaine Lettuce
1 Cup Shredded Cabbage
1 Cup Chopped Kale
1 Cup Cauliflower
1 Sliced Bell Pepper
4 - 8 Sliced Radishes
2 Fried Eggs - Slightly Cooled
1/2 Cup Dry Chow Mein Noodles
4 Tbsp. Italian dressing or any other dressing of your choice
Optional
1/4 Cup Peanuts
2 oz. Sliced banana peppers

Chop romaine lettuce and arrange it on a plate. |

Top lettuce with shredded cabbage. |

Next add chopped kale. |

Next, sprinkle on half of dry chow mein noodles. Also now you can add peanuts and sliced banana peppers. |
