Fried Egg Chef Salad

Ingredients for 2 Salads:
1 Head Chopped Romaine Lettuce
1 Cup Shredded Cabbage
1 Cup Chopped Kale
1 Cup Cauliflower
1 Sliced Bell Pepper
4 - 8 Sliced Radishes
2 Fried Eggs - Slightly Cooled
1/2 Cup Dry Chow Mein Noodles
4 Tbsp. Italian dressing or any other dressing of your choice
1/4 Cup Peanuts
2 oz. Sliced banana peppers

Chop romaine lettuce and arrange it on a plate.
Top lettuce with shredded cabbage.
Next add chopped kale.
Top kale with radishes, bell pepper and cauliflower.
Next, sprinkle on half of dry chow mein noodles. Also now you can add peanuts and sliced banana peppers.
Now top with slightly cooled fried egg and drizzle on 2 Tbsp. of dressing.
