Banh Mi Sandwich

Ingredients for one Bánh Mì Sandwich:
1 Vietnamese Sandwich Rolls
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon hot sauce
4 ounces Asian roasted pork
1/4 cup Slaw - pickled daikon and carrot
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
6-7 jalapeno slices
6 thin spears English cucumber

Ingredients for  Slaw - pickled daikon and carrot
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/2 Tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup carrots, julienned
1 cup daikon (white radish), julienned

Julienne carrots and daikon. Mix in vinegar, water, sugar and salt.
Let sit for 15-20 minutes, or until the veggies get slightly limp. Drain and use, or refrigerate.

Slice cucumbers and jalapenos. Wash cilantro and prep slaw.
Cut Rolls lengthwise, spread butter and heat in oven.
Add mayo and hot sauce.
Slice roasted pork loin. Top sandwich with sliced pork.
Top pork with cucumbers.
Top Cucumbers with slaw.
Top slaw with jalapeño and cilantro.
That is it, you are all done. Cut sandwich in half and serve.
