
1 Vietnamese Sandwich Rolls
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon hot sauce
4 ounces Asian roasted pork
1/4 cup Slaw - pickled daikon and carrot
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
6-7 jalapeno slices
6 thin spears English cucumber
Ingredients for Slaw - pickled daikon and carrot

1/2 cup water
1/2 Tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup carrots, julienned
1 cup daikon (white radish), julienned
Slaw:

Julienne carrots and daikon. Mix in vinegar, water, sugar and salt. |

Let sit for 15-20 minutes, or until the veggies get slightly limp. Drain and use, or refrigerate. |
Sandwich:

Slice cucumbers and jalapenos. Wash cilantro and prep slaw. |
Cut Rolls lengthwise, spread butter and heat in oven. |

Add mayo and hot sauce. |

Slice roasted pork loin. Top sandwich with sliced pork. |

Top Cucumbers with slaw. |

That is it, you are all done. Cut sandwich in half and serve. |
