Ham & Cheese Rolls (with pizza dough)

1 ball pizza dough
 8 oz thinly sliced deli ham
 8 oz sliced Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Press to form a 12 x 8-inch rectangle.

Arrange cheese slices evenly over dough to within 1/2 inch of edges.
Arrange ham slices evenly over cheese to within 1/2 inch of edges.
Starting at one of the short ends, roll up dough to form log.
Pinch seam together to seal. Place, seam side down.
Cut into 8 - 12 slices, approximately 1 - 1.5” wide.
Arrange in prepared baking dish.
Cover and let the rolls rise for additional 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes place rolls into preheated oven.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve with mustard, ranch dressing or horseradish sauce, if desired.
