1 pack of pie crust (it comes with 2 crusts)
1.5 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 apple
1 pear
Banana preserves
(You can use any fruit and fruit preserves of your choice)

Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle pear slices with sugar and cinnamon mixture |

Sprinkle apple slices with sugar and cinnamon mixture |

Roll out both pie crusts just a little (you can dust with a little flour so it wont stick) |

Spoon just a half a teaspoon of preserves around the pie crust, top with pear and apple slices, and sprinkle just a little bit of sugar and cinnamon mixture over fruit. |

Cover with the second crust and separate each fruit section with fingers. |

Cut around each fruit section and poke with fork in the middle and press the edge. |

Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mixture over the pies |

Bake at 350F degrees for 15 minutes |

After 15 minutes put it under the broiler for 2 minutes to melt the sugar and cinnamon mixture |

After baking you can cut around into pieces. |
