Ingredients:
2-4 lb Pork Loin
1/2 Onion
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup Apple Vinegar
1 cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
2 tablespoons Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1-2 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 tablespoon Butter
Season meat with half of the dry ingredients (salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and red pepper flakes). |
Brown meat in skillet on each side. |
While meat is getting browned, slice onions and add it in to crock pot along with butter. |
Mix broth, soy sauce, dijon mustard and the rest of the dry ingredients (salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and red pepper flakes). |
Add browned meat in to the crock pot, over butter and onions. |
Add in mixed ingredients (broth, soy sauce, dijon mustard and dry ingredients salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and red pepper flakes). |
Cook on low setting for 4-6 hours. (Depends on how cooked you want it. I cooked this time for 6 hours so it well be almost falling apart. |
Serve with cooking liquid on the side as au jus. |
Serve pork loin as an entree, or you can also make pulled pork sandwich's or pork tacos. ENJOY!!! |
