Tzatziki Sauce


  • 1/2 English Cucumber (peeled)
  • 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (1/2 a lemon freshly squeezed)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper       
Add Greek Yogurt into a bowl

Chop Dill
Finely Dice English Cucumber
Squeeze as much juice from cucumbers as you can (this will prevent the sauce to be watery the next day) in a cheesecloth.
Add dill, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice in the bowl with greek yogurt.
Add squeezed cucumbers and mix everything well.

Thats it! Tzatziki Sauce is ready to be served with gyros, meats or your favorite dish. Enjoy!!!
