Oven Roasted Corn on the Cob


  • 4 Fresh Corn Ears 
  • 4 Tbsp Butter (2 before cooking and 2 after its cooked) 
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Open Corn Husks and remove all silks (or as much as you can)

Rub Corn with 2 Tbsp of butter and season with salt and pepper

Cover corn back with husks
Wrap Corn in foil
Roast Corn for 30 minutes in Preheated 350 degrees F oven
Roasted Corn after 30 minutes
Serve Corn with butter, on its own or as a side. Enjoy!!!
