Pico de Gallo


  • 2 Large Tomatoes (or 4 small)
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1 Jalapeno (or more if you like it hotter)
  • 1 Bunch of Cilantro
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic 
  • Salt to taste

Dice Tomatoes, Onions, and Jalapeno and chop Cilantro.

Add Tomatoes to a bowl
Add Onions
Add Jalapenos and Garlic
Add Cilantro
Season with salt to taste.
 Juice lime over it.
 Mix well.

Serve as an appetizer or side with your favorite chips or meal. Enjoy!
