Smoked/BBQ Chicken Breast

Chicken breast
Cajun seasoning
BBQ sauce

Rinse chicken breast, trim off any bones and bigger fat particles.

Season with Cajun seasoning (about teaspoon per pound)

Place in zipper bag. Marinade in refrigerator for at least 2 hours (overnight will improve flavor)

Smoke at 225 F till internal temperature is 160 F. Brush BBQ sauce for last 15-30 minutes
