Ingredient list:
2 roma tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
2 tablespoons sunflower oil or olive oil
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Slice tomatoes and cucumbers into quarter pieces |
Place sliced cucumbers and tomatoes in to a bowl.
Add oil and vinegar, salt and pepper.
Mix lightly with spoon.
Best if served right away.
