Teriyaki Pork Kebabs

Ingredients list:
2-3 pounds boneless pork ribs
1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
salt, pepper to taste
crushed red pepper flakes ( optional )

Cut into 1-2 inch pieces, place in large bowl.

Season with salt and pepper, add in onion powder and teriyaki sauce. Mix well and marinade for 30 minutes (or longer).

Thread onto skewers.

Grill till golden brown.

Tip: to make kebabs extra juicy, after grilling remove kebabs from skewers and place in a bowl and cover for at least 5 minutes.
