Ingredients list:
2-3 pounds boneless pork ribs
1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
salt, pepper to taste
crushed red pepper flakes ( optional )

Cut into 1-2 inch pieces, place in large bowl. |

Season with salt and pepper, add in onion powder and teriyaki sauce. Mix well and marinade for 30 minutes (or longer). |
Thread onto skewers.

Grill till golden brown. |
Tip: to make kebabs extra juicy, after grilling remove kebabs from skewers and place in a bowl and cover for at least 5 minutes.
