Ingredients list:
2-3 lbs boneless country style pork ribs1-2 quarts of water (just enough to cover all meat)
Salt
Black Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes
Garlic Powder
Bay leave
Any seasonings of your choice

Cut into 1-2 inch pieces, place in large bowl. |

Add water and spices in, mix well. Cover with plastic. Now let it brine in refrigerator for at least few hours (overnight is best) |
