Ingredients list:
Makes 2 sandwiches
1 lb. Ground beef - 80/20
4 slices of bread
2 pieces of sliced cheese
4 slices of tomato
Few leaves of lettuce
Chopped onion (optional)
Ketchup
Mayo
Salt and pepper
Red pepper flakes (optional)

Place ground beef in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (optional). Mix well. |

Form into bread shape. |

Place in a skillet. Cook on medium heat until first side is golden brown. |

Flip on the other side and add cheese. Cook till second side golden brown and cheese melts. |

Spread mayo and ketchup on both slices of bread. Sandwich cheeseburger, tomato, lettuce and onion, between two slices of bread. |
