Sandwich Wrap is a type of sandwich that is made with tortilla instead of bread. Healthier version of sandwich if you will. Just like sandwich, wrap can be made with big variety of different kinds of meats, vegetables and dressings.

Smoked Brisket

The most complicating part about cooking brisket is time, it takes at least 8 hours for smaller brisket or even longer for larger pieces. Unlike other meats brisket final temperature is not 160 F, its 195-200 F. And when its done cooking it takes about 2-3 hours of resting time. Even though it takes all day to cook brisket, at the end of the day it is well worth it.

White Bread

3 cups bread flour (all purpose can be used too)
1 cup warm water (110 degrees F)
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons of olive oil (vegetable or sunflower can be used too)
