Tasty Crock Pot Pork Loin



Ingredients:
2-4 lb Pork Loin
1/2 Onion
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup Apple Vinegar 
1 cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth  
2 tablespoons Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder 
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1-2 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 tablespoon Butter 





 
Season meat with half of the dry ingredients (salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and red pepper flakes).

 
Brown meat in skillet on each side.


While meat is getting browned, slice onions and add it in to crock pot along with butter.

 
Mix broth, soy sauce, dijon mustard and the rest of the dry ingredients
(salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and red pepper flakes).

 
Add browned meat in to the crock pot, over butter and onions.

 
Add in mixed ingredients (broth, soy sauce, dijon mustard and dry ingredients salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and red pepper flakes).

Cook on low setting for 4-6 hours. (Depends on how cooked you want it. I cooked this time for 6 hours so it well be almost falling apart. 


Serve with cooking liquid on the side as au jus.

Serve pork loin as an entree, or you can also make pulled pork sandwich's or pork tacos. ENJOY!!!
