Oven Roasted Corn on the Cob




Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh Corn Ears 
  • 4 Tbsp Butter (2 before cooking and 2 after its cooked) 
  • Salt and Pepper to taste




French Dip Sandwich


Ingredients
4 Hoagie Rolls (split lengthwise)
1 Pound Roast Beef
8 oz Shredded Mozzarella cheese (or 8 slices provolone cheese) 
16 oz Au Jus (I used Left over Beef broth from Roast Beef)

Ingredients
1 Pound Roast Beef (4 oz per gyro)
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1 Head of shredded Lettuce 
4 oz Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

Slow Cooker Roast Beef


Ingredients

3-4 lbs Rump Roast Beef
1 cube Beef Bouillon
1 tsp minced Garlic
1 Onion (thick sliced)
4 Tbsp Butter (half a stick)
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flacks 
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar 
1/2 cup Water

Pocketless Pitas


Ingredients

2 tsp Instant Yeast

1 tsp Sugar

2/3 cup Warm Water (about 100 degrees)

1/2 cup Warm Milk (about 100 degrees)

1 tsp salt

3 cups bread Flour

1 Tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (to oil the bowl)


Tzatziki Sauce


Ingredients

  • 1/2 English Cucumber (peeled)
  • 2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (1/2 a lemon freshly squeezed)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper       
  

Super Tasty Thousand Island Dressing (1000 Island Dressing)

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup Ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
