Smoked Pork Loin


Ingredients list:

6 lbs Pork Loin
Salt and Pepper
Red pepper flakes 
Garlic powder
Onion powder 
BBQ seasoning
Apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup 
Olive oil 1 cup
(for smaller piece of meat use less vinegar and oil)




Place all seasonings with olive oil and vinegar in a bowl. Mix well. Place pork loin in large ziploc bag along with the marinade mixture. Make sure marinade gets all over meat. Marinade in fridge for 24 hours.


Also basting sauce is needed to keep meat moist while smoking.

Ingredients for basting sauce:

Salt and Pepper 
Garlic powder
Onion powder 
BBQ seasoning
Apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup 
Sunflower oil 1/4 cup
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and that's your basting sauce.


Smoke at 225 to 250 fahrenheit until internal temp is 160. Baste every hour with sauce.


Remove from smoker. Wrap in foil. Rest for 30 minutes.
