Grilled Cheeseburger



Ingredients:
Ground beef - 80/20
Salt and Pepper
Lettuce 
Sliced Tomato
Onion
Sliced Cheese
Ketchup
Mayo



Directions:

Break down ground beef in a bowl or work table. Season with salt and pepper, mix lightly. Form into 1/2 pound balls.



Form into patties.


Grill until golden brown.


Top with cheese when nearly done.


Toast buns. Spread ketchup and mayo on both buns. Assemble in any order you prefer.
