Summer Salad recipe


Very simple but tasty vegetable salad. Goes well with any grilled, smoked or roasted meats.

Ingredients list:

Makes 2 servings

1 large tomato or 2 Roma tomatoes
1 English cucumber
2 cauliflower florets 
3 radishes 
1/4 of cabbage 
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons of sunflower or olive oil
1 tablespoon white vinegar

 

How to:

Slice tomatoes and cucumbers into quarter pieces. Slice radishes. Shred cabbage. Cut cauliflower into smaller pieces.



 Mix all together in a bowl. Drizzle oil and vinegar over the salad. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Mix lightly.
