Naked Burrito




Basically Naked Burrito is just like a regular burrito, except that it comes in a bowl instead of being wrapped in tortilla. A little healthier version of burrito.

Ingredients list:
Rice
Lime
Cilantro (chopped)
Black beans 
Corn 
Avocado 
Lettuce
Queso fresco crumbled cheese
Sour cream
Salsa
Radish (optional)







How to: 
Cook rice as usual, squeeze out half of lime over rice, add chopped cilantro and mix lightly. Slice kebab and avocado into small pieces. Heat up meat, corn, and beans in microwave or skillet. 
Assemble in this order:
Rice
Beans
Corn
Meat
Lettuce
Salsa
Sour cream
Avocado
Queso fresco cheese

Tip: Instead of pork kebab any other cooked meat can work too, the reason I used pork is because I had some left over from the other day. 
Black beans can be replaced with any other kind of beans.
Crumbled cheese can also be replaced with any other cheese.
