Cheeseburger Melt


Ingredients list:
Makes 2 sandwiches
1 lb. Ground beef - 80/20
4 slices of bread
2 pieces of sliced cheese
4 slices of tomato
Few leaves of lettuce
Chopped onion (optional)
Ketchup 
Mayo
Salt and pepper 
Red pepper flakes (optional)




Place ground beef in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (optional). Mix well.
Form into bread shape.


Place in a skillet. Cook on medium heat until first side is golden brown.


Flip on the other side and add cheese. Cook till second side golden brown and cheese melts.
Toast Bread.
Spread mayo and ketchup on both slices of bread. Sandwich cheeseburger, tomato, lettuce and onion, between two slices of bread.
