Borscht in Slow Cooker

Ingredients:

1 Large Beet - Shredded
1 Large Onion - Chopped
1 Head of Cabbage - Shredded
2 Carrots - Shredded
4 Cloves of Garlic - Minced
4 Potatoes - Peeled and Diced
1 Bell Pepper - Diced
1 Can 15oz Crushed Tomatoes
1 Can 15oz Kidney Beans
4 Cups Beef Broth or Vegetable Broth
2 Cups Water, or more if needed
1/2 Cup Vinegar
2 Tablespoon Tomatoes Paste
1/2 Teaspoon Each Salt, Black Pepper, Sugar, Garlic Powder and Onion Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Caraways Seeds - Optional
3 Bay Leafs

Pressed Picnic Sandwich

You can make this sandwich with different variety of toppings, here is the way I like it.
INGREDIENTS: 4 - 8 Servings
1 large round sourdough bread
4 - 5 slices of roast beef
5 - 6 slices of ham
4 - 5 Slices of provolone
4 - 5 Slices of cheddar
1/2 of sliced and grilled onion
1/2 cup of fried onion strings
1 roasted red bell pepper
1 - 2 sliced tomatoes
2 oz. of spinach and arugula mix
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp fresh ground horseradish

Roasted Chicken Quarters & Red Potatoes

INGREDIENTS: 2 - Servings
2 Chicken leg quarters (seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika).
1 Lb. red potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large onion, diced and grilled
4 minced garlic cloves
2 tsp. of smoked paprika
2 tsp. chipotle chili powder
2 tsp. dry dill
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp. of butter
2 tbsp. canola oil

Cheese Stuffed Crust Pizza


INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. pizza dough
1/2 cup pizza sauce
4 oz. sliced ham or pepperoni
2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz. string cheese

Roast Beef Sandwich


INGREDIENTS: 2 - Servings
8 oz. Sliced round roast
2 Sandwich rolls (such as ciabatta rolls)
2 Slices provolone cheese
Horseradish sauce, to taste
4 oz. juice from roast beef

Roast Beef in the Oven




INGREDIENTS:
3-4 pounds boneless rump roast
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp oil


Crispy Fried Onion String

INGREDIENTS: 4  - Servings
1 Large Yellow Onion
1 cup of Whole Milk
1 cup of All Purpose Flour
1 tbsp of Corn Starch
1 tsp of Paprika Pepper
1 tsp of Chipotle Chili Powder
1 tsp of Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp of Granulated Onion Powder
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Vegetable Oil for frying

8 cooked bacon slices, chopped

2 cups of chili preheated
4 tablespoons sour cream
4 tablespoon shredded cheese
4 teaspoon chopped chives
